Mayor declared the Public Hearing Open. City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's Office and stated that no protests or objections were received. City Engineer Jakher presented for Council consideration and approval of staff's recommendation for adoption of the attached Resolution amending. the basic fee for Storm Water Management and the Storm Water Management Fee as set by the Colton Municipal Code Chapter 14.01 PUBLIC COMMENT None.
