No objection to the motion. <br />District 1 - CM Hernandez announced a vacancy on Community Facilities District Commission <br />and invited the public to apply. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. <br />City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Item No.(s) 3 through 17 for approval pulling <br />Item No. 19 to return at a later date, and pulling Item No. (s) 7, 9, 10, 11 13, and 15 for <br />discussion. <br />(7) Award of Bid/Moss Brothers Ford — Reject all Bids and Award the Purchase of Three (3) <br />New Undercover Police Vehicles to for the Police Department to Moss Brothers Ford, in <br />an amount of $79,230.10. <br />Mayor Bennett requested further clarification concerning the bids.
