Don Earp, President of Historic Preservation Commission, expressed his concerns regarding <br />the needs of the Historic preservation of homes, landmarks, districts and signs. He requested <br />consideration for funds to support these programs. <br />Debra Davis, Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, expressed her appreciation for Council <br />support and funds in the past years. She explained that her organization was seeking a small <br />contributive share for legal services provided to the community. In the past six months they <br />have served 90 unduplicated citizens for a total household of 285. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to terminate Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Discussion by Council continued with concerns expressed regarding the funding of the <br />Historical Preservation Commission for many pending projects. City Manager Parrish <br />explained that they would research potential funds from the State for these projects. Council <br />acknowledged and thanked all organizations for their services to the community and invited <br />them to request reference letters from the board whenever needed regarding their contributions <br />to the city. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/De La Rosa to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO.
