CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Case name: J. Keith Stephens v Adams Advertisina Inc <br />Case number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. SCVSS 100415 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:04 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Items A and B with reportable action on Item B. <br />A.
