Barrera, CMC City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />NOVEMBER 2, 2004. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Hernandez asked the members present if there were any agenda items <br />that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />➢ Presentation Dennis Byas, Superintendent of Colton Joint Unified School District <br />provided a brief update on current projects, he also acknowledged CM <br />Zamora for her work on the Council and her participation not only for the <br />City but her representation for school sponsored activities. <br />Superintendent Byas introduced the Assistant Superintendent of Human <br />Resources James Downs, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services <br />Bob Stranger and Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction <br />Angelia Wyles. <br />2004 NOVEMBER 02 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 2- <br />
