At Large — Mayor Bennett announced a vacancy in the Recreation and Parks Commission and CFD Commission. AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 5 thru 19, for approval, with clarification on Item 8 as the dollar amount did not include tax and should read $213,829.15 with tax. Discussion continued with CM Mitchell commenting on Item 14 and the positive improvements in this Reche Canyon housing tract project.
