(6) NUMBER NOT USED (7) Purchase of Automated External Defibulators — Approved the Purchase of Automated External Defibrillation Devices (AED's) for the Police Department. FY 05/06 Goal. Funding through Asset Seizure Funds, no General Fund Monies, Not to Exceed $35,000. (8) Purchase of Armored Rescue Vehicle - Approved the purchase of the Bearcat Armored Rescue Vehicle in an amount not to exceed $199,000. FY 06/07 Goal. (10) increase in Stenographers Salary — Approved and adopted a Part-time Salary Resolution Amendment for Stenographers in the Police Department Effective the Pay Period Beginning July 1, 2005. Funding — Budgeted Increase, RESOLUTION NO. R-93- 05. 1) Personnel/Finance — Approved the request for recruitment and ratification of employee appointment for the full time position of Purchasing Manager in the Finance Department. (12) Community Facilities Districts — Approved and adopted Resolutions authorizing the 2005-06 Annual Special Tax Levy for CFDs 87-1, 88-1, 89-1, 89-2, and 90-1, RESOLUTION NOS. R-94-05, R-95-05, R-96-05, R-97-05 and R-98-05. (13) Bidding Contracting and Purchases — Approved and adopted a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Colton Providing Direction to City Staff that Water and Sewer Pipeline Repairs on Individual Streets or Street Segments may be Bid and Contracted as Individual Projects or Works, RESOLUTION NO. R-99-05.
