CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 20, 2005 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:08 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Finance Director De Alwis led the invocation. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Bennett led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett <br />John D. Mitchell <br />Isaac T. Suchil <br />Kelly J. Chastain <br />Richard A. De La Rosa <br />Ramon M. Hernandez <br />Helen A. Ramos <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Staff Present: <br />Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Carolina P. Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 20, 2005. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Rod Yanke, RDA Project Manager II, who introduced the City of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient All J Products located in District 6. Mayor <br />Bennett and CM Suchil presented a certificate of appreciation to Steve <br />Raines for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of <br />Colton. <br />• Presentation Mayor Bennett recognized Supervisor Josie Gonzales who presented <br />$500,000 CIP monies for Elizabeth Davis Park Improvements along with <br />additional $500,000 CIP money for Paul J.
