Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 20, 2005. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Rod Yanke, RDA Project Manager II, who introduced the City of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient All J Products located in District 6. Mayor <br />Bennett and CM Suchil presented a certificate of appreciation to Steve <br />Raines for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of <br />Colton. <br />• Presentation Mayor Bennett recognized Supervisor Josie Gonzales who presented <br />$500,000 CIP monies for Elizabeth Davis Park Improvements along with <br />additional $500,000 CIP money for Paul J.
