Discussion continued with CM Suchil expressing concerns on request for zone change to the general plan, he further expressed his support for the Planning Commission decision. Motion/second by CM Suchil/Hernandez to uphold the Planning Commission decision and approve and adopt Resolution No. R-160-05.
