Flores, Chief Deputy City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 6, 2005. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation CM Mitchell introduced Mr. Jim Marshall, 2"d grade Teacher at Grant <br />Elementary School and his class who sang a patriotic song. <br />• Presentation Mayor Bennett introduced and recognized Colton High School Coach <br />Harold Strauss and All-Star Football Players, James Smith, Shareece <br />Wright, and Allen Bradford.
