• Presentation CM Mitchell introduced and recognized, Gloria Chavez and her Ballet <br />Folklorico Cultural of San Bernardino who provided two dance <br />presentations. Ms. Chavez was presented with a certificate of recognition <br />for her contributions to the youth of the community <br />• Presentation Judy Clarke, RDA Project Manager II, who introduced the City of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient Adele's Dress Shop and Gentlemen's <br />Exclusive located in District 4. Mayor Bennett presented a certificate of <br />appreciation to Abe Simon for their contribution for enhancing the <br />economy of the City of Colton. <br />• Presentation Bob Naus, City of Banning, presented the S.C.M.A.F. "Golden Shield" <br />Award to the Recreation Division of the Community Services Department. <br />• Presentation Bertha Carbajo and Dana Morales provided a brief overview on the <br />successful contributions of the PAL Program for their families, and took <br />this opportunity to thank Chief Rulon and Corporal Mireles. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />Amendment of the CIP <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution to Amend the CIP Budget for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 to Include <br />the Center Street Extension Project, Budgeted at $1,116,831 in the Account Number Noted in <br />the Financial Impact Section of Report, RESOLUTION NO. R-152-05. [Item #16 11/15/05 <br />agenda] <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Chastain to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-152-05. <br />Motion Carried with CM Ramos/Hernandez absent. <br />Measure I <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution To Adopt The Reallocation of Measure I Funded Projects For <br />Fiscal Years 1998 To 2005 To Match Expenditures And Appropriated Budgets, RESOLUTION <br />NO. R-153-05.
