(17) Award of Contract/Pardess Air Inc. — Approved authorization of the award of construction contract for the Police Department HVAC Replacement Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Pardess Air Inc., of Los Angeles, in the amount of $180,000.00., optional Item was included as it is deemed to be necessary especially if this project will start during summer. (18) Grant Deeds — Approved acceptance of the dedication of the property (APN #15912- 085-1) at southeast corner of Valley Blvd. and Rancho Ave., in the City of Colton, from Daniel L. Allen for public use and authorize the recordation of grant deeds. (19) Award of Contract/Fraco Enterprises. Inc. — Approved authorization for the award of an agreement in a form which meets the city's standard professional services agreement, with any non -substantive revisions approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for engineering/design services of the Wash ington-Reche Canyon -Hunts Lane intersection improvement project to Fraco Enterprises, Inc., in the Amount of $87,643; approved and adopted resolution increasing the CIP budget for FY 2004-2005 by $400,000 and budgeting the Washington-Reche Canyon -Hunts Lane intersection improvement project, RESOLUTION NO. R-65-05.
