Services/CEQA processing for the proposed Iron Horse Hills Residential Development <br />Project, Tentative Tract Map No. 16798, subject to the execution of a reimbursement <br />agreement between the applicant and the City. <br />(12) Personnel/Community Services — Approved request for recruitment and ratification of <br />employee appointment to the position of Senior Office Specialist in the Community <br />Services Department. <br />(13) Salary Increase/Community Services — Approved request for part-time salary increase <br />for Recreation Leader & Senior Recreation Leader classifications in the Community <br />Services Department, effective July 1, 2005. The recommended new salary range for the <br />Recreation Leader Position is $7.43 to $8.20 per Hour, and the recommended new <br />salary range for the Senior Recreation Leader Position is $8.49 to $9.37 per Hour, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-63-05. <br />(14) AB212 Stipend — Approved Request to accept the AB212 stipend for the Childcare <br />Division of the Community Services Department and approved and adopted <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-64-05. <br />(15) Permit/Filo Inc. — Approved request for use of Fleming Park on July 16, 2005 for a <br />Candlelight Vigil by Families of Incarcerated Loved Ones, Inc. (FILO). Staff also <br />recommends that this approval be contingent upon the group providing liability insurance <br />and a cleaning deposit to protect the City. <br />(16) Award of Contract/RCB and Sons, Inc. — Approved authorization for the award of <br />construction contract for Ashley Way Landscaping Project in the amount of $228,000 to <br />RCB and Sons, Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. <br />(17) Award of Contract/Pardess Air Inc. — Approved authorization of the award of <br />construction contract for the Police Department HVAC Replacement Project to the <br />lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Pardess Air Inc., of Los Angeles, in the <br />amount of $180,000.00., optional Item was included as it is deemed to be necessary <br />especially if this project will start during summer. <br />(18) Grant Deeds — Approved acceptance of the dedication of the property (APN #15912- <br />085-1) at southeast corner of Valley Blvd. and Rancho Ave., in the City of Colton, from <br />Daniel L. Allen for public use and authorize the recordation of grant deeds. <br />(19) Award of Contract/Fraco Enterprises. Inc. — Approved authorization for the award of an <br />agreement in a form which meets the city's standard professional services agreement, <br />with any non -substantive revisions approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for <br />engineering/design services of the Wash ington-Reche Canyon -Hunts Lane intersection <br />improvement project to Fraco Enterprises, Inc., in the Amount of $87,643; approved and <br />adopted resolution increasing the CIP budget for FY 2004-2005 by $400,000 and <br />budgeting the Washington-Reche Canyon -Hunts Lane intersection improvement project, <br />RESOLUTION NO.
