District 4 — CM Ramos presented for ratification the appointment of Joanne Anderson to the Historic Preservation Commission. Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Hernandez to ratify the appointment of Joanne Anderson. No opposition to the motion. AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 7 thru 27, for approval, pulling Items 10 and continuing to the June 14, 2005 Special Meeting for council action. Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to approve Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 7 thru 27 with Item No. 10 pulled and continued to June 14, 2005. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent. CM Ramos acknowledged Property Owner identified on Item 18 for his generous gift to the city in dedicating his property. CONSENT CALENDAR (7) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting held May 17, 2005, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. (8) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #71976 to #72088, Dated 5/5/05, Totaling $1,208,018.14; Payable Warrants #71978 to #72245, Dated 5/12/05, Totaling $1,408,575.89, and Payroll Disbursement Listing Dated 5/20/05 in the Amount of $717,774.33, on file in the Finance Department. (9) Extension of Disability Leave - Approved extension of disability leave until August 31, 2005 for Executive Assistant for the Human Resources Department. (10) Agreement/County of San Bernardino - Consideration to Approve a Three Year Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Bernardino for the Urban County CDBG Program for Fiscal Years 2006-2007, 2007-2008, and 2008-2009; Authorize the Mayor to Execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; Approve and Adopt the Joint Resolution; and Approve a Three Year Cooperation Agreement for the HOME Investment Partnership Program to Participate as a HOME Consortium Member with the County of San Bernardino for Federal Fiscal Years Starting October 1, 2005 and Ending September 30, 2008, and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and Approve and Adopt a Resolution, JOINT RESOLUTION NO.
