• Grant Writer <br />• Acknowledged CM Chastain <br />Create Development Task Force. <br />City Manager Parrish presented and described the background as to the need to create a <br />development task force. <br />CM Mitchell expressed his desire to serve on this committee and explained his reasons. CM <br />Ramos requested information on time and day. City Manager Parrish explained that he would <br />organize the committee members and then decide when they would meet. CM Chastain also <br />spoke in favor of such committee; she also suggested that a planning commissioner also serve <br />on this task force along with three members of the council such as CM Mitchell, CM Suchil and <br />Mayor Bennett. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Chastain with no opposition to the motion. <br />BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: <br />�, Appointments —Pursuant to MC§ Section 2.30.030 —Manner of Appointment. <br />None <br />AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. <br />City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 5 thru 15, for approval, and <br />comments and questions on Item 14 and 15. <br />Motion/second by CM Suchil/De La Rosa to approve Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 5 thru 16. <br />Motion carried with CM Hernandez absent. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(5) Minutes — Approved the Minutes for the Special City Council Meeting held on February <br />8, 2005, and Minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting held on February 15, 2005. <br />(6) Warrants — Approved Payroll Disbursement Listing for 2/11/05, Totaling, $680,131.57; <br />Payable Warrants # 70176 to #70333 Dated 2/10/05, Totaling, $1,054,915.00, on file in <br />the Finance Department. <br />(7) Bikeway Promect — Approved and adopted a Resolution Approving Program Supplement <br />Agreement No. M-004 for Colton -San Bernardino Bikeway Project and Authorize the City <br />Manager to Sign the Agreement and any Future Supplement Agreement for the Project, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-16-05. <br />(8) Parcel Map 16785 — Approved and accepted Parcel Map 16785 for Recordation. <br />(9) Federal Assistance — Approved and adopted a Resolution Naming the Fire Chief, <br />Battalion Chief/Emergency Services Coordinator, and Fire Marshal as "Designated <br />Applicant's Agent" RESOLUTION NO.
