Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />MARCH 15, 2005. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />> Presentation Candace Cassel, RDA Manager, invited Judith Clarke, I RDA <br />Administrative Analyst, who introduced the City of Colton business <br />spotlight recipient Pico Rivera Pallets, Mayor Bennett and CM Suchil <br />presented a certificate of appreciation to David Avina, Owner, for their <br />contributions to the city's Business Spotlight <br />Presentation Fire Chief Tom Hendricks presented an overview of the Community <br />Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program along with its members. <br />He introduced Fire Captain Tony Horn, CERT's Coordinator who <br />introduced the recent program graduates. <br />> Proclamation CM Ramos read and presented a proclamation on the "National <br />community Development Week" to David Zamora, Community <br />Development Director. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Implementation Plan <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider continued public hearing from March 1, 2005 and <br />consider approval of Agency Resolution 839 which adopts the 2005-2009 Redevelopment <br />Implementation Plan. <br />ZWOMAKUH 15 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -2- <br />
