CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MAY 3, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:06 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Ramos <br />presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Suchil, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez and Mayor <br />Pro Tempore Ramos. Mayor Bennett absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 <br />Property: Agua Mansa Farms <br />Agency Negotiator: Al Holliman <br />Negotiating Parties: City of Colton, Agua Mansa River Farms, and Paragon Development <br />Under Negotiation: Rick John, Collins Commercial <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:09 p.m. and at 6:05 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A and B with no reportable action. <br />A.
