None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation Nathan Lunt, RDA Administrative Analyst, who introduced the City of <br />Colton business spotlight recipient Sud -Chemie, Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Ramos presented a certificate of appreciation to Terrina Arroyo, Sales <br />Specialist, Patty Morse, Production Manager, for their contributions for <br />enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. <br />Presentation Police Chief Rulon introduced four new police officers, Causey, Johnson, <br />Rushing and Sears and recognized recently promoted Sgt.
