ORDINANCE: Cable Television Franchise Aareement Waive full reading and pass first reading of an ordinance to approve the cable television franchise agreement between the City of Colton and Adelphia Cable and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City, and waiving certain procedural requirements as allowed by the Municipal Code, ORDINANCE NO. 0-06-06.
