CM Chastain asked if fines would be implemented outside of the parameters and if the youth <br />groups and their booths would be notified of the fees. City Attorney Derleth responded. <br />(16) CUA/Amendment to Contract/Krieger and Stewart - Amend Contract to Krieger <br />and Stewart Engineering for additional Monies for Engineering Support and <br />Design Services for the Perchlorate Wellhead Treatment System for a Total <br />Amount No -to -Exceed $89,500 from the Current $75,000 Amount. <br />CM Chastain asked for clarification of the amount to be not more that $14,500 for all wells and <br />their contingency. Motion carried with CM <br />Mitichell voting "NO" on item 16A and CM Ramos absent from the dais. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(6) Mi�nutea – Approved Minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting held April 19, <br />2005, and Minutes for the Regular Meeting of May 3, 2005, on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk. <br />(7) �8 �arrants – Approved Payable Warrants #71660 to #71832, Dated 4/21/05, Totaling <br />$780,939.54; Payable Warrants #71833 to #71975, Dated 4/27/05, Totaling <br />$519,174.37; and Payroll Disbursement Listing Dated 5/6/05 in the Amount of <br />$681,0152.85, on file in the Finance -Department. <br />(8) Extension of Contract/TRISTAR Risk Management - Approved extension of contract <br />with TRISTAR – the City of Colton's Wo—rker's Compensation Third Party <br />Administrator and allow the City Manager to sign the agreement. <br />(9) Permit/St. John's Lutheran Child Care Center – Approved reservation request from <br />St. John's Lutheran Child Care Center, for their Graduation & Promotion Ceremony, <br />to be held at the Fleming Park on Friday, June 10, 2005, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. <br />staff also recommends that this approval be contingent upon the group providing <br />liability insurance and a cleaning deposit to protect the City. <br />(10) Ee_rs0nrLe_1/PoIice – Approved the department's request to make an adjustment in job <br />classification of Police Services Technician to provide a universal role with a primary <br />focus on Code Enforcement and assist Officers so they can focus on other <br />enforcement efforts; approved and adopt a Resolution establishing pay range for <br />Police Services Technician position as needed in the Police Department utilizing <br />F=funds from the General Fund, RESOLUTION NO. R-56-05. <br />Contract/Southern California Gas Com an - Approved the 2 -Year renewal of the <br />Gas Transportation Contract for the Agua Mansa Power Plant between the City of <br />Colton and Southern California Gas Company. <br />(12) Bid/Annual Maintenance for LLMD 1 & 2 - Approved authorization to go out to bid for <br />the annual maintenance of the City's Landscape Lighting and Maintenance Districts <br />1 and 2. <br />2005 MAY 17 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -7- <br />
