Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />NOVEMBER 1, 2005. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation Judy Clarke, RDA Project Manager 11, who introduced the City of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient Cutting Edge Supplies located in District 4. <br />Mayor Bennett and CM Ramos presented a certificate of appreciation to <br />Brian Tramison, Controller at Cutting Edge Supply for their contribution <br />for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. <br />Presentation Jeanette Olko, Electric Utilities General Manager provided a brief <br />presentation on the yearly award presented by Power Magazine to power <br />plants for their innovative cost effectiveness and environmental sound <br />2005 NOVEMBER 01 REG CCIRDA/CUA MEETING -2- <br />
