,� Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Nathan Lunt, RDA Administrative Analyst, who introduced the City of <br />Colton business spotlight recipient Source West located in District 2. <br />Mayor Bennett and CM De La Rosa presented a certificate of <br />appreciation to Chuck Nelson, Founder of Source West for their <br />contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. <br />• Introduction Ken Rulon, Police Chief introduced Lt. Burrows and Sgt. Davis who <br />introduced and presented certificates of completion to the police volunteer <br />graduates <br />• Presentation Mayor Bennett and Council recognized and honored local businesses for <br />their contributions and support to local city events. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Fees for Impound Vehicles <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider a resolution of the city council of the city of Colton, <br />California, establishing fees for in-house storage of impounded vehicles. <br />The Mayor declares the Public Hearing "Open". <br />Chief Deputy City Clerk Flores announced that the Affidavit of Publication is on file in the City <br />Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />Lt. Burrows presented for Council consideration and approval of staff's recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Hernandez to close public hearing.
