Mayor Bennett and CM De La Rosa presented a certificate of appreciation to Chuck Nelson, Founder of Source West for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. • Introduction Ken Rulon, Police Chief introduced Lt. Burrows and Sgt. Davis who introduced and presented certificates of completion to the police volunteer graduates • Presentation Mayor Bennett and Council recognized and honored local businesses for their contributions and support to local city events. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Fees for Impound Vehicles This was the time and place fixed to consider a resolution of the city council of the city of Colton, California, establishing fees for in-house storage of impounded vehicles. The Mayor declares the Public Hearing "Open". Chief Deputy City Clerk Flores announced that the Affidavit of Publication is on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. Lt.
