CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Item D through E. <br />D. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo <br />Employee Organizations: Fire Unit, IBEW (Electric), SBPEA (Mid Management), and the <br />Police Management Association (PMA) <br />E. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: City Manager <br />Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 7:53 p.m. and at 9:44 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on the <br />items previously announced: <br />D.
