CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SEPTEMBER 6, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:10 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Suchil, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez and <br />Mayor Bennett. Also present were Human Resources Director Arroyo, City Attorney Derleth and <br />City Clerk Barrera. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Item B and Item A would will not be discussed. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 <br />Property: 2042 Agua Mansa Road <br />Agency Negotiator: Jeannette Olko <br />Negotiating parties: Tim Smith, Wellhead Electric <br />Under negotiation: Price and terms of payment <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of potential cases: 2 <br />(Delhi Sands Fly) <br />Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:11 p.m. and at 6:11 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session on the item <br />previously announced: <br />B.
