None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Nathan Lunt, Administrative Analyst, introduced the City of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient HREM Inc. - Hydraforce Refuse Equipment <br />Manufacturing, located in District 3, Mayor Bennett and CM Chastain <br />presented a certificate of appreciation to Tony Quevas, Owner, for their <br />contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. <br />• Proclamation Mayor Pro Tempore Ramos read and presented a proclamations on the <br />"September 11 Remembrance" to the Luque Center and the Hutton <br />Center to Community Services Director Bill Smith and Family Services <br />Supervisor, Susie Rodriguez. <br />• Proclamation CM Chastain read and presented a proclamation on the "National Alcohol <br />and Drug Addiction Recovery Month" to Family Services Supervisor, <br />Susie Rodriguez. <br />• Presentation Presentation by Community Services Director Bill Smith, "Community <br />Services Department Volunteens" recently completed the second annual <br />Volunteens Program.
