Barrera, City Clerk <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 2005. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Rod Yahnke, RDA Project Manager IL, who introduced the City. of Colton <br />business spotlight recipient McNeilus Trucking, located in District 1, Mayor <br />Bennett and District 4 representative; Councilmember Hernandez presented <br />Manuel D. Reyes III, Parts Manager and Dave Borgschatz, Accounting <br />Manager, for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of <br />Colton. <br />• Certificate Mayor Bennett and CM Hernandez presented the Managers, Coaching <br />Staff, and players of the Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball U-10 Division All Star <br />Team a certificate of recognition from the City of Colton <br />2 <br />
