Flores, Chief Deputy City Clerk <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />APRIL 4, 2006. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell asked the members present if there were any agenda items that <br />were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Nathan Hunt, RDA Administrative Analyst, who introduced the City of <br />Colton business spotlight recipient Fleetwood Metal Box Corporation, <br />located in District 6. Mayor Bennett and CM Suchil presented a certificate <br />of appreciation to Larry Lord, for their contribution for enhancing the <br />economy of the City of Colton. <br />ORDINANCE: <br />Second Reading <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 6.32 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code Relating to Fireworks, ORDINANCE NO. 0-09-06. <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell to waive full reading and approve <br />second reading of Ordinance No. 0-09-06.
