Title: City Manager <br />ACTION: No Reportable <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />AUGUST 15, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:07 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell presiding. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Pastor Bob Johnson led the invocation. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />U. S. Congressman Baca led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: Staff Present: <br />Mayor Pro Tempore John D. Mitchell Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />Isaac T. Suchil Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Helen A. Ramos Carolina P. Barrera, City Clerk <br />Kelly J. Chastain <br />Richard A. De La Rosa <br />Ramon M. Hernandez <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett arrived at 6:23 p.m. and assumed her place at the dais. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />AUGUST 15, 2006. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell asked the members present if there were any agenda items that <br />were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Recognition Police Chief Rulon provided a PowerPoint presentation of the Colton <br />Police Mobile Command Post followed by a presentation to Congressman <br />Joe Baca, Sr. to acknowledge his efforts in acquiring the funding support. <br />> Recognition CM Hernandez recognized the Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball Teams ( 12 <br />& Under and 10 & Under), certificates were presented by CM De La Rosa <br />and Chastain. <br />2006 AUGUST 15 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -2- <br />
