Instead of reopening of the Public Hearing in order to <br />continue the item will be republished once it comes to Council. <br />LLMD 2 ZONE 2 <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider the Resolution of the City Council Of The City Of <br />Colton, California Declaring Its Intention For The Levy And Collection Of Assessments For The <br />Colton Landscape And Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. 2, To Include Tract 16289 <br />And Tract 16249, For The Fiscal Year 2006/2007. <br />The Mayor declares the Public Hearing "Open" <br />City Clerk Barrera said the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing was on file in the <br />City Clerk's Office and stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />City Engineer Jakher presented for Council consideration and approval of staff's <br />recommendation. He further requests that the council recess in order to allow the City Clerk to <br />count the ballots and formally certify the results of the Election. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None <br />100�- Motion/second by CM Hernandez/De La Rosa to close public hearing.
