Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 2006. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />Gift disclosure by CM Mitchell — Invited to participate in a golf tournament, individual ticket value <br />$125.00 donated by Blue Mountain Estates Item 11. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the City Council: Apolinar Espudo, Bridget Delgado, <br />and Ray Abril. <br />City Manager Parrish responded to environmental concerns presented reporting that the <br />EPA would respond within two week regarding requirements for compliance, and <br />clarified that Bill Smith was in charge of Parks and Recreation, and directed City <br />Engineer Jakher to respond on status of athletic leagues issues and Veterans Park. <br />2006 SEPTEMBER 5 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 2 - <br />
