PUBLIC HEARINGS: Traffic Impact Fees This was the time And Place Fixed To Consider The Continued Public Hearing From August 15, 2006 Regarding The Adoption Of An Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton To Amend The Traffic Impact Fees Described In Exhibit "A" And Exhibit "B" Of Ordinance No. 0- 02-00, Adopted By The City Of Colton On March 21, 2000 Adoption Of A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton Adopting The San Bernardino Association Of Governments (Sanbag) Development Mitigation Nexus Study And Adopting Traffic Mitigation Fees To Fund Regional Transportation Improvements Mayor Bennett declared the public hearing open. City Clerk Barrera announced that the notice of continuance for the public hearing was on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. City Engineer Jakher presented an overview of the agenda report for Council consideration and requested approval of staff's recommendation as outlined in the agenda report.
