Padilla, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />MARCH 6, 2007. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present ff there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CIVIC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />*Presentation Lt. 'Bill Burrows acknowledged Fr. Ed Gomez as Police Chaplain and <br />presented him with a Police Chaplain Badge and I.D. Card. Senior <br />Chaplain Pastor Bob,Johnson presented Fr. Gomez with a pair of crosses <br />to wear as part of his uniform. <br />Presentation Nathan Lunt, RDA Administrative Analyst, who introduced the City of <br />Colton business spotlight recipient Corona Coating Corporation, located <br />in District 4. Mayor Chastain and CM Oliva presented a certificate of <br />appreciation to Bill & Carolyn Johnson, Co -Owners, for their contribution <br />for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. <br />Recognition Mayor Chastain provided an overview of this project, which was initiated <br />by former Mayor Bennett and CM Ramos in 2006, she further described <br />the criteria and participation required and announce the two winners, <br />Imogene Bliss and Andrew Mazano.. <br />RECESS: <br />At 6:34 p.m. Mayor Chastain announced a recess and at 6:52 p.m. the meeting was <br />reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Apoeal — File Index Number DAP -000-591 - Pacific Tank Lines <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider The Continued Public Hearing From February <br />20, 2007, An Appeal Of The Planning Commission's Decision Upholding The Community <br />Development Department's Denial Of A Business Occupancy Permit To Establish A Truck <br />2007 MARCH 06 REG CCIRIWCUA MEETING -3- <br />
