R-34-07. <br />City Engineer Jakher explained that this item was continued from a previous meeting, and he <br />provided a PowerPoint presentation used for clarification. <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil to approve and adopt Resolution No. <br />R-34-07. Motion carried <br />City Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Approval of Lease Agreement and Temporary License Over Portions of Property Located at 1201 <br />S. Rancho Avenue, Colton California (City Wastewater Treatment Plant), for the Construction and <br />Operation of a Biosolids Drying Facility for a Term Not to Exceed 54 Years and 10 Months. <br />Water/Wastewater Director Fraser presented an overview of the agenda Rem and requested <br />approval of staffs recommendation; <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Oliva to approve staffs recommendation and include the <br />amendment to Section 2.05.
