Motion �carried Ch Wide Moratorium This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Extension Of Urgency Ordinance No. 0-11-061 Adopted May 5, 2006 - An Urgency Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton In Accordance With Government Code Section 65858 Enacting For A Period Of Ten (10) Months And Fifteen (15) Days A Moratorium On The Approval Of Applications For Certain Land Uses City -Wide. In Accordance With Government Code Section 65858, The City Council Will Hold A Public Hearing To Consider Extending Urgency Ordinance No. 0-11-06 For An Additional One Year. Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. City Manager Parrish presented an overview of the agenda kem and requested approval of staffs recommendation. PUBLIC COMMENT None Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tampore Suchil to dose the public hearing.
