Motion/second by CM De La RosarToro to dose the public hearing. Motion �carried <br />Ch Wide Moratorium <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Extension Of Urgency Ordinance No. 0-11-061 <br />Adopted May 5, 2006 - An Urgency Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton In <br />Accordance With Government Code Section 65858 Enacting For A Period Of Ten (10) Months <br />And Fifteen (15) Days A Moratorium On The Approval Of Applications For Certain Land Uses <br />City -Wide. In Accordance With Government Code Section 65858, The City Council Will Hold A <br />Public Hearing To Consider Extending Urgency Ordinance No. 0-11-06 For An Additional One <br />Year. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />City Manager Parrish presented an overview of the agenda kem and requested approval of <br />staffs recommendation. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tampore Suchil to dose the public hearing. Motion <br />carded <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil waive full reading and pass Urgency <br />Ordinance 0-03-07. Motion carried <br />Historic Landmark Designation <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Designation Of Historic Landmark 053 Located <br />At 280 East D Street <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />Community Development Director Zamora presented an overview of the agenda Rem and <br />requested approval of staffs recommendation. <br />At 7:02 p.m. CM Toro left the dais. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil to close the public hearing.
