City Manager Parrish provided a budget summary of the City Council and City Manager <br />departments. Discussion ensued regarding increased travel, part time and proposed <br />personnel position. <br />• Finance <br />Finance Director DeAlwis provided an overview on the department budget, proposed Cal <br />Card project, and City Treasurer budget, followed by brief questions from the Council <br />• Police <br />Police Chief Miller provided fiscal information on the divisions of the Police Department <br />administration, patrol, public services and highlighted on proposed community projects in <br />conjunction with the Community Services Department.
