That the City Council does hereby find, determine and declare that all of the recitals contained in this Ordinance are true and cor rect SECTION 2, That the Territory herein referred to as being annexed to the City of Colton is particularly described as follows; to wit: A portion of Lot 2, Block 66, of the Rancho San Bernardino as shown on a map recorded in Book 7 of daps, page 2, Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of said Lot 2,, said point being the intersection of the westerly line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway C.orapany'a right of way, 10 0 feet wide, running in a northeasterly direction, with the north .line of Mill Street, 82.5 feet wide, the nce northeaste riy al ong the westerly line of said Atchison, Tope-ka and Santa Fe right of way to an intersection with a line parallel to and .150 feet north of the north line of said Mill Street; thence westerly parallel to the north line of said Mill Street along a present corporate boundary of the City of Colton to a point in a line that is parallel with and distant 300 feet northeasterly at right angles from the northeasterly line and its southeasterly prolongation of that parcel of land conveyed to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company by deed recorded June 16, 1906, in Book 371 of Deeds, page 341; thence southeasterly along said parallel line to the center line of said Mill Street; thence _east along the center line of said Mill Street, be ing also along a corpor ate boundary of the City of Colton to an intersection with the south- westerly prolongation of the westerly line of said Atchison, Topeka and Santa. Fe right of way,, 100 feet vide; t mao north- easterly along the said southwesterly prolongation of the westerly line of said Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe right of way., 100 feet wide, to the point of beginning. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published at lea at once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulations published in the City of Colton and hereby designated for that purpose.
