4'j �j �j .f 1 o� 9I 10' I 121 13 14 15 L6 -17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28' 29' �0 31 32 Section 13: If any section,, subsection, sentences clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinance„ The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare that it would have passed this ordinance and each sections subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more other sectionsg subsections., sentences,, clauses or phrases may be declared invalid or un. constitutional. Section 14: Any person violating this ordinance shall be deemed guilty I _ o of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of ! ; not more than $5000 00 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or both such fine and imprisonment. Section 15: That Ordinances No. 726, 822 and 957 and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
