'i <br />I� <br />2Ij <br />�I <br />�I <br />II <br />ji <br />5 jf <br />4� <br />61 <br />rl <br />9 <br />I <br />12 <br />13, <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18i <br />19 <br />i <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />' <br />28 <br />29 <br />of the premises affords him reasonable assurance of compliance <br />with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION VII - TRANSFER OF PERMIT <br />No permits issued in accordance with the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be transferable. <br />SECTION VIII - PERMITS TO BE DISPLAYED <br />Every permit issued in accordance with the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be kept posted in a conspicious place in or <br />on the establishment, place of business for which the permit is <br />issued. <br />SECTION IX - REVOCATION OF PERMITS <br />If it be determined by the Health Officer following any <br />investigation or inspection of any place or business required by <br />the provisions of this ordinance to have a permit that the operator, <br />owner or manager has not complied with the provisions of this <br />ordinance, and all other applicable statutes, ordinances, rules <br />and regulations, particularly the health and sanitary laws and <br />regulations, the Health Officer shall immediately revoke the permit <br />issued to the operator, which grants permission to operate. <br />SECTION X RENEWAL OF PERMITS PREVIOUSLY REVOKED <br />The owner, operator or manager of any place or business <br />hereunder required to have a permit, in which the permit to <br />operate has been revoked, shall be required to completely correct <br />the conditions upon which the Health officer based his reason for <br />revoking the permit and shall be required to make a new applicatioi <br />for permit as provided for in this ordinance, in the same manner <br />as for a new place of business. Such application shall include <br />a statement signed by the operator that the condition complained <br />of by the Health Officer has been completely corrected. <br />
