Each separate day or portion <br />thereof during which any violation occurs or continues shall <br />constitute a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be <br />punishable as herein provided. <br />SECTION II - REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- <br />with are hereby repealed. <br />.gV0TTnNT TTT - 'DTTRT.TCT4TNTr aWTn VVVL'OM717V nAmz■ <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after <br />the date of its adoption, except as herein otherwise expressly <br />provided, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from <br />its passage hereof shall be published at least once in a newspaper <br />of general circulation printed and published in the City of Colton, <br />
