Assist in drafting and submitting to the City Manager, an i. I,j I annual budget for recreation, parks, parkways, street �j trees, incidental and related purposes,, including a long I! range capitol improvement program for recreation and park services, C. Assist in the planning of recreation and parks programs for the inhabitants of the City, promote and stimulate public I interest therein and to that end solicit to the fullest extent { possible the cooperation of school authorities and other public and private agencies interested therein and aid in coordinating the recreation services with other programs of other governmental agencies and voluntary organizations, i i D. Recommend policies for the acquisition, development and I improvement of parks and playgrounds, E Make appraisals of the effectiveness of Recreation and Parks Program. F.
