Said photograph to be <br />attached to the original application, one to the duplicate and one to the license <br />if a license to conduct or carry on said business is granted said applicant. <br />At the time of filing the application a fee of $5. 00 shall be paid to the <br />City Clerk to cover the cost of investigation of the facts stated herein. <br />All applications shall be made in triplicate, one of which shall be <br />transmitted by the City Clerk, to the Chief of Police for investigation includ- <br />ing finger printing of the applicant and one to the County Health Officer for <br />inspection and investigation and the license applied for shall not be issued to <br />said applicant until the expiration of thirty (30) days from dame of said applica- <br />tion unless a satisfactory report is made by the Chief of Police and the County <br />Health Officer of San Bernardino County before the expiration of said period. <br />If no adverse report concerning said applicant is made by the Chief of Police <br />or the County Health Officer, then said application shall be presumed com- <br />plete and a license authorized and issued upon payment of required fee. <br />D. It shall be unlawful for any person to administer to any person of <br />the opposite sex, for immoral purposes, any message, any alcohol rub or <br />similar treatment, any fo mentation, any bath or any electric or magnetic <br />treatment, nor shall any person cause or permit in or about his place of <br />business, or in connection with his business, any agent, employee or servant <br />or any other person under his control or supervision to administer any such <br />treatment for immoral purposes to any person of the opposite sex. <br />E. If any person holding a license to carry on the business of a <br />massagist or a massage parlor, as provided in this ordinance or any other <br />ordinance or law relating to or regulating such business shall conduct or <br />carry on such business contrary to the provisions of this ordinance or any <br />
