Manufactur- <br />ing uses are intended to be limited to the fabrication, assembly, compounding, <br />processing or packaging of materials which are in a processed form and which <br />do not in their maintenance, assembly or manufacture, create smoke, gas, <br />odor, dust, sound, vibration, soot or lighting which might be termed obnoxious <br />or offensive„ Except as specifically provided elsewhere in this chapter,, any <br />and every new use and any and every new building and premises or land in an <br />"ML" Zone shall be used for or occupied and every building shall be erected, <br />constructed, established, owned, enlarged, maintained, moved into or within <br />such "ML" Zone exclusively and only in accordance with the regulations set <br />out in this article, <br />(A) The following uses are permitted in a manufa4tturing limited zone, <br />if conducted wholly within a completely enclosed building. <br />(1) Administrative or executive offices of a business or industrial <br />establishment. <br />(2) Assembly of: <br />a.' Electrical appliances. <br />b„ Electronic instruments or devices. <br />C* Precision instruments. <br />do Radios, phonographs or television sets, including the <br />manufacturing of small parts only, such as coils, con- <br />densers, capacitors, resistors, crystal holders and <br />transformer s. <br />(3) Blueprinting and photocopying„ <br />(4) Engineering office. <br />(5) Manufacturing, compounding, assembly, processing, packaging <br />or treatment of the following products: <br />a. <br />Candy <br />b. <br />Cosmetics <br />c. <br />Drugs <br />d. <br />Perfumes <br />e. <br />Pharmaceuticals <br />f. <br />Toiletries <br />(6) Manufacturing, compounding, assembly, packaging or treatment <br />of articles or merchandise from the following previously prepared materials: <br />a. <br />Canvas <br />b. <br />Cellophane <br />c,w <br />Cloth <br />d, <br />Cork <br />e. <br />Fe athe r s <br />f. <br />Felt <br />g „ <br />Fibr e <br />h. <br />Fur <br />i. <br />Hair <br />j. <br />Leather <br />k.. <br />Paper <br />1. <br />Plastics or synthetics. <br />M. <br />Precious or semiprecious metals or stones (excluding the <br />grinding,, cutting or dressing of stone,, marble or granite). <br />n, <br />Textile s„ <br />
