Yarns. <br />(7) Parcel delivery terminals. <br />(8) Publishing and printing* <br />(9) Research offices and laboratories for the conduct of scientific <br />research and theoretical studies and investigations, including the fabrication <br />and testing of prototypes, and the performance of environmental tests, and <br />related activities, by or under the supervision of professional scientists and <br />highly trained specialists in the fields of physical, economic or social <br />research. <br />(B) Storage building incidental to a permitted use. <br />(C) Restaurant, cafe or cafeteria operated in conjunction with and in- <br />cidental to a permitted use for the convenience of persons employed upon the <br />premises. <br />(D) The following uses shall be permitted in a manufacturing limited <br />zone with a conditional use permit: <br />(1) Industrial hospital, <br />(2) Restaurant, cafe or cafeteria. <br />(3) Public utility transmission substation„ <br />(4) Public or private recreation center. <br />(5) Fire station, <br />(6) One dwelling unit designed to be used in connection with any <br />permitted use; provided, that such dwelling shall be occupied by the owner or <br />lessee of such use and his family, or an employee of such owner or lessee and <br />hi s fam it y,. <br />(E) Outdoor storage of materials or equipment incidental to a permitted <br />use shall be permitted when enclosed within solid masonry walls not less than <br />six feet in height; provided, that no such materials shall be stored higher than <br />such walls., <br />(F) Uses customarily incidental to any permitted uses and accessory <br />buildings shall be permitted; provided, no accessory buildings shall be located <br />within the yard areas required by this article. <br />(SECTION 911): HEIGHT; <br />The building height limit in a manufacturing limited zone shall be forty <br />feet. <br />YARDS GENERALLY. The following yards shall be established and <br />maintained: <br />(SECTION 912); FRONT YARD <br />(1) A front yard having a depth of not less than 25 feet. <br />(SECTION 913): SIDE YARD <br />(2) Side yards of not less than twenty feet, except that minimum side <br />yards of fifty feet shall be required whenever a lot or parcel in the "ML" Zone <br />abuts a lot or parcel of land in any "R11 Zone or abuts any street or alley which <br />
