Cleanouts. Sub section (a) shall be amended to read: <br />A two-way cleanout shall be installed at the junction of the building <br />drain and the building sewer (two feet from building);. This cleanout and fittings i <br />shall be of same material as approved for building drain, and brought to finish <br />grade. Cleanouts shall be installed at intervals not to exceed one hundred <br />(100). feet in building sewer. <br />SECTION B. Validity of Ordinance. <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance, <br />is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />The Council of the City of Colton hereby declares it would have passed <br />this ordinance and each section, subsection, clause, or phrase thereof <br />irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, clauses or <br />phrases be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 9. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of <br />this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1965. <br />22 <br />
