The said Plumbing Code is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto Section 410, reading as follows: <br />SECTION 410. House drains shall connect to one outlet. <br />In a single family dwelling all plumbing drains shall connect to one <br />outlet. Such outlet shall not exceed ninety degree (900) from direction of the <br />closest public sewer or if there is no public sewer, then from the proposed <br />public sewer. If more than one stub -out is used, the Contractor installing <br />the plumbing shall join all such stub -outs to each other with any material <br />approved by the Administrative Authority so that there shall be one outlet on <br />the same lot. <br />SECTION 1005. Is Amended by adding Sub -paragraph (f), a minimum of <br />two hose bibbs per single family dwelling shall be provided, one at the front <br />and one at the rear of the building, each to be served with a minimum 3/4" pipe. <br />SECTION 7. Exceptions. <br />The said Plumbing Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Section <br />1010, reading as follows: <br />SECTION 1010. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation <br />to install any water pipe Or to cut into any water system for the purpose of in- <br />stalling a sprinkling system, water softener system or for any purpose whatso- <br />ever without first obtaining written permit from the Plumbing Inspector to do SO. <br />Such permit shall state the nature of the work to be done and all details in <br />reference theret <br />
