x a9 <br />1 organization sponsoring the same, the formation and the dispersal <br />2 areas, the route of travel of the same, the date and hour of holding <br />3 the same, the approximate number of persons, horses or vehicles ex <br />- <br />4 <br />pected to participate in same, whether said persons are in marching <br />5 <br />6 units or in vehicles, if floats are to be used, the size of same, <br />7 the purpose of holding the same and any other information required <br />g by the City Council. <br />9 SECTION SIX: The City Council of the City of Colton shall <br />10 grant said permit at said time unless there is presented to the <br />11 <br />City Council at the time of said consideration substantial and con - <br />12 <br />13 wincing evidence of a clear and present danger that the granting of <br />14 said permit will result in the obstruction of the orderly movement <br />•15 of traffic or the peaceable passage or presence of persons, to,over <br />16 or upon.:. the public highways and other public places, or disorder or <br />17 unlawful conduct or unlawful injury of persons, or destruction of <br />18 life or property, or tending to incite crime, or an invasion of the <br />19 <br />right of privacy, or threatening the over throw of the lawfully <br />20 <br />21 established government by force, in which case said permit may be <br />22 denied. <br />23 SECTION SEVEN: Any person violating any of the provision <br />24 of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon <br />25 conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars l! <br />26 <br />($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not <br />27 <br />28 more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />29SECTION EIGHT: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />� � -- <br />
