Non -conforming uses and structures, FP -2. <br />,I <br />21 Uses and structures existing at the effective date of any appli- <br />cation of the FP -2 zone which are inconsistent with the provisions <br />'I <br />4, <br />thereof, will be allowed to remain as set forth in Ordinance 964, <br />5i <br />1 Article 16. <br />6 '! <br />i <br />SECTION 1206. This Ordinance and the various parts, <br />rit <br />ii <br />8�Isections and clauses thereof are hereby declared severable. If <br />� <br />91,; any part, sentence, paragraph, section or clause is adjudged <br />10 unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder of this Ordinance shall <br />111 not be affected thereby. The City Council of the City of Colton <br />12 <br />' hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each <br />13 <br />1411 part thereof, regardless of the fact that oneor more parts hereof <br />151be declared unconstitutional or invalid. <br />16i SECTION THREE. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be <br />11 <br />17 lin force and effect thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />18 <br />SECTION FOUR. Publication.
