2 4 ;i rg j� f i 8'. i 10 11 i 13 14 i 6 17 18 j 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 roll, nor by public owners of one-half of the value of the publicly owned territory proposed to be annexed as determined by said legislative body; and WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Colton, and is uninhabited territory in the County of San Bernardino; NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of Colton does hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of Colton and does hereby further ordain that the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Colton. That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described as follows: A portion of Lot 39, Jurupa Rancho recorded in Book 1 of Maps, Page 47, records of San Bernardino County; a portion of Lots 7, 8, and 9 of East Riverside Land Company record- ed in Book 6 of Maps, Page 44, records of San Bernardino County; a portion of Lot 12 of Rosedale Tract recorded in Book 12 of Maps, Page 41, records of San Bernardino County; and a portion of Government Lots 1 and 2 of Fractional Sec. 6, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at an intersection of the center line of La Loma Avenue, with the centerline of La Cadena Drive (Colton Avenue); Thence Northerly along the center line of La Cadena Drive, to an intersection with the Westerly prolongation of the South line of Lot 8 of Tract No. 1900 as per map re- corded in Book 27 of Maps, Page 35 records of said County; Thence Easterly along said Westerly prolon- gation and South line, to an intersection
