"Airport Reference Point", means the point <br />established as the approximate geographic center of the airport <br />landing area and so designated. <br />"Person" means any individual, firm, co -partnership, <br />corporation, company, association, joint stock association, <br />city or county, or district, and includes any trustee, receiver <br />or assignee. <br />Colton. <br />"City Council" means the City Council of the City of <br />"Airport Zoning Commission" means the City of Colton <br />Planning Commission. <br />"I.L.S." means instrument landing system. <br />"Planning Director" means the City of Colton Planning <br />(Director. <br />"Structure" means any object constructed or installed <br />�by man, including but without limitation, buildings, towers, <br />I smokestacks and overhead lines. <br />"Non -conforming use" means any structure, tree, or use <br />!of land which is lawfully in existence at the time the regulation <br />as prescribed in the ordinance or an amendment thereto becomes <br />effective and does not then meet the requirements of said regu- <br />lation. <br />W.F.R." means visual flight regulations. <br />"Tree" means any object of natural growth. <br />SECTION III: OFFICIAL MAPS <br />a. An airport may be included within the provisions <br />of this ordinance in the manner prescribed by law. Each air- <br />port so included by amending this ordinance, shall be depicted <br />
