1 WHEREAS, said Local Agency on the 11th day of July 1969, <br />2 did approve said Annexation by its Resolution No. 373, L.A.F.C. <br />3 No. 751 and <br />4 WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 373 provided as follows: <br />5 That 100% of the property owners have consented to this <br />6 Annexation, so that proceeding can be held without notice and <br />7 publication as allowed by law, (Section 35015, Government Code) and <br />8 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of <br />9 Colton that the aforesaid Annexation proceedings have been complete <br />10 and everything performed at this time, in accordance with the provi <br />11 sions of the Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, as amended Article <br />12 5, Chapter 1, Part 2, Division 21 Title 4, Government Code of the <br />13 State of California, and <br />14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires <br />'15 to approve at this time the Annexation of the aforesaid territory. <br />16 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />17 Section I: That the City Council does hereby find, <br />18 determine and declare that all the recitals contained in this <br />19 Ordinance are true and correct. <br />20 Section II: That the territory herein referred to as <br />21 being annexed to the City of Colton is particularly described as <br />22 follows: to -wit, <br />23 That portion of Lots 5 and 6, Poole Tract, in the <br />County of San Bernardino, State of California, as <br />24 per map recorded in Book 11, Page 40, of Maps, in <br />the office of the County Recorder of said County. <br />25 <br />The north 5 acres of the following described <br />26 property: <br />27 Beginning at the north east corner of said Lot 6, <br />thence south along the east line of said Lot 6, <br />28 320 feet, said line also being the city limits, <br />to a true point of beginning; thence continuing <br />29 south along the east line of said Lot 6, 607.0 <br />feet more or less, to a point 392.97 feet north <br />30 of the southeast corner of said Lot 6, thence <br />south 870 14' 50" west 400.0 feet to the north - <br />31 east corner of that parcel of land conveyed to <br />Thomas E.
