2 I. <br />3I <br />4I <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />2.8 <br />25 <br />3C <br />37 <br />the sewer or any object which will cause clogging of a sewage pump or sewage <br />sludge pump, or interfere with the normal operation of the sewer treatment <br />plant. <br />(b) Any compound which will product noxious odor in the sewer or <br />sewage treatment plant. <br />(c) Any volatile liquid or substance which can produce a toxic or <br />flammable atmosphere in the sewer. <br />(d) Any overflow from any septic tank or cesspool, or any liquid <br />or sludge pumped from a cesspool or septic tank, except at such place and in <br />such manner as may be prescribed by the Public Works Director. <br />(e) Any storm water or any runoff from any field, roof, yard, drive- <br />way, or street. <br />(f) Any liquid or vapor which will cause the temperature of the <br />sewage in the City's receiving main to be higher than 140 degrees fahrenheit. <br />(g) Any radioactive wastes in excess of Federal, State of County <br />regulations. <br />(h) Any material or quantity of material which will cause signifi- <br />cant damage to any part of the sewerage system or abnormal sulfide gener- <br />ation or abnormal maintenance or operation costs of any part of the sewer- <br />age system or become a nuisance or menace to public health, or which will <br />cause the City of Colton sewage plant effluent to exceed the concentra- <br />tion limits set by the Regional Water Quality Control Board No. 8, in ac- <br />cordance with Resolution No. 61-17 (4-66) attached hereto, or such subse- <br />quent amendments as shall be duly adopted from time to time by the Santa <br />Ana River Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />ARTICLE III - Special Restrictions - Vehicle Servicing Facility <br />Section 4. Any facility maintained for the servicing or repair of <br />roadway machinery shall install and maintain a sand -and -oil interceptor. <br />Waste waters from toilets shall not be allowed to pass through this inter- <br />ceptor, but all waste waters arising from the servicing and repair of <br />vehicles shall pass through this interceptor before discharge to a public <br />sewer of the City of Colton.
